REFUND POLICY

All JusJai2 products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process. Because each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@jusjai2.com with the following: your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or damage. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue monetary refunds.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at care@jusjai2.com with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
