All JusJai2 orders are produced on demand and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after purchase. Production times may increase during holidays or high-demand periods.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows: Standard Shipping delivers within 2–5 business days, and Economy Shipping delivers within 4–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at care@jusjai2.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the shipping confirmation (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us at care@jusjai2.com with your order number and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
